About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
The bathroom features honed marble tiles in both gray and white hues, set in a stacked pattern. The floor and shower wall utilize medium-sized square marble tiles, approximately 12x12, with clean straight edges. The shower floor contrasts with a mosaic layout of penny round marble tiles, delivering subtle grip and tactile variety. Grout lines are medium and gray for the larger tiles and thin for the mosaic floor, offering a gentle contrast to the marble's natural veining. Texture across all surfaces is predominantly smooth, with the shower floor slightly textured to ensure safety and comfort underfoot.
Arcadia Heights Lot 1 by Two Hawks Design and Development in Phoenix, AZ, perfectly captures a modern luxury bath setting. The sophisticated interplay of honed marble, contemporary design details, and seamless material transitions sets an elegant mood whether soaking in the tub or enjoying the expansive shower. The timeless marble surfaces are elevated by their subtle patterning and clean lines, merging high-end aesthetics and everyday durability for a truly serene retreat.
