You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Contractors are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded portfolio photos, business details, and licensing claims are accurate, truthful, and represent their own authorized work.

4. No Endorsement, License Verification, or Guarantee

Tile Design Ideas is a directory and lead generation service only. We do not employ, endorse, background-check, license, or guarantee the quality, pricing, safety, or legality of any contractor listed on the Platform. Any agreement or contract entered into is strictly between the homeowner and the contractor. All hiring decisions are made solely at your own risk. We strongly advise homeowners to independently verify contractor licensing, insurance coverage, and references before commencing any project.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS IS”)

The Platform and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

6. Intellectual Property & Portfolio License

All original site design, branding, text, graphics, and code are owned by Tile Design Ideas. Contractors retain ownership of their uploaded portfolio images but grant Tile Design Ideas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and promote those images on the Platform and related marketing channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tile Design Ideas and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, contractor-homeowner interactions, or any installation work performed by contractors found through the site.
