About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
The patio floor is finished in large-format concrete-look porcelain tiles in mixed shades of gray, beige, and taupe, installed in a running bond pattern with straight edges. The finish is matte with a slightly structured texture for slip resistance. The pool surround features 1x1 blue glass mosaic tiles in a stacked layout with a glossy finish and smooth texture, bordered by the same porcelain tiles as the patio. Grout on the patio is a matching medium gray, while the pool features thin contrasting gray grout for visual definition. Key zones include the lounge, outdoor seating, fire pit, and the poolside area.
