About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
This bathroom features a refined palette of natural marble across all primary surfaces. The main floor and shower floor consist of a mosaic arrangement of 2x2 square marble tiles, combining subtle white and gray hues in a checkerboard layout, all finished with a honed surface for a soft sheen. The shower walls are cladded with large format 12x24 inch rectangular marble tiles, arranged in a clean stacked pattern and showcasing natural veining on a honed surface, with straight edges for a crisp, modern fit. Grout on the floor and shower floor is a thin, contrasting gray, while the shower wall grout is a thin, matching white for minimal seams.
The look of this sophisticated modern bath was expertly crafted for the Amante Ct. Modern Classic pt 2 project by Lori Ramsay Design in Carlsbad, CA, capturing transitional style elements with a light, airy color palette and the timeless appeal of natural stone. The seamless use of elegant marble delivers both visual luxury and exceptional durability in a space designed for relaxation and high style.
