About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
This bathroom features large format rectified porcelain tiles in a smooth white finish across the main floor and richly textured, stone-look gray porcelain tiles for the shower walls. Both zones use a clean, stacked pattern with rectified edges for tight grout lines and seamless continuity. The rectangle shape and generous 12x24 size visually expand the floor and shower area, while matching grout in white and gray tones maintains a cohesive appearance throughout the modern bath.
The minimalist yet warm color palette and the smart selection of porcelain lend the bathroom both durability and a refined, contemporary appeal. Project Coalesce by Colega Architects in Culver City, CA, brings together practicality and artful design, showcasing how large format porcelain tiles can transform a bathroom into an inviting, spacious, and effortlessly modern retreat.
