About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
The patio floor showcases irregular-cut slate tile in various gray and mixed stone hues, laid in an organic, natural pattern. The finish is matte with textural stone relief, and the edges are shaped in a freeform, irregular style typical of laid natural slate. Grout joints are of medium width and display a contrasting gray for added definition. The prominent outdoor fireplace features honed natural stone in a blend of beige, brown, and gray tones, applied in an irregular layout that matches the overall rustic aesthetic. The exterior house wall is a painted siding, not tile.
Embracing a relaxed, rustic vibe, the outdoor area at Boniface Drive - Malibu delivers timeless coastal appeal with its natural slate patio and grand stone fireplace.
