Modern Mixed Stone Look Outdoor Patio Tile

Material & Feature Breakdown

This outdoor space blends high-quality materials across distinct zones. The pool is clad in glossy glass mosaic tiles, featuring a mix of blue and gray tones in a hexagon mosaic pattern with thin, matching gray grout for a seamless effect. Adjacent to the pool, the patio utilizes honed natural stone tiles in medium square and rectangular formats, presenting a palette of beige, brown, and gray hues arranged in a running bond pattern with tumbled edges and medium, contrasting beige grout. The textures vary between the smooth surface of the glass mosaic and the slightly structured, stone look finish of the patio tiles.

Project Vanguard by Oasis Architecture & Design in San Diego, CA, showcases an inviting modern outdoor area where material sophistication meets casual comfort. The project places an emphasis on durable, visually appealing surfaces ideal for California’s coastal environment, blending contemporary glass mosaics for the pool area with natural stone on the patio for a cohesive, elevated aesthetic. These tile choices highlight both luxury and practicality, perfect for entertaining or relaxing al fresco.
