About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
This space features honed white marble throughout the shower walls, floor, and adjacent bathroom area. The primary wall and niche surfaces utilize medium-format rectangular marble tiles in a running bond pattern, providing both visual movement and modern sophistication. Floors, including the shower floor, are finished with square large-format and small-format marble tiles in a stacked arrangement, maintaining continuity and enhancing the sense of luxury. The overall palette combines white and subtle gray veining, with smooth honed finishes for a timeless and refined touch. All tiles display straight edges and thin, white matching grout for a seamless appearance.
Elevating the aesthetic of this bathroom and shower, the Palo Alto Whole Home Remodel by Adam Mayer Architect in San Jose, CA, brings a luxuriously modern style with the use of high-end marble surfaces, accentuated by gold fixtures for a sophisticated yet approachable atmosphere. This composition blends durability and elegance, making it ideal for contemporary homeowners seeking both function and luxury in a relaxing bathroom retreat.
