Modern Green Glossy Bath Accent Wall Tile

Material & Feature Breakdown

This contemporary bathroom features a dynamic mix of tile materials and finishes across its key zones. The main floor is covered in matte gray porcelain hexagon tiles in a medium format (6x6), offering both durability and modern appeal. The walk-in shower highlights two distinct surfaces: the floor is finished with matte white porcelain penny round mosaic tiles, while the walls display vertically stacked ceramic rectangle tiles in white (3x12) with a smooth, solid look. A striking feature comes from the vanity accent wall, finished with medium-sized glossy green ceramic square tiles (6x6), their slightly textured surface lending a handcrafted zellige effect.

Showcased as part of the Northwest Hills Modern project by Amy Pearson Design in Portland, OR, this bathroom demonstrates a bold marriage of modern and Scandinavian style through its luxurious green glossy accent wall and crisp, geometric flooring. The thoughtful tile selections add vibrant character, textural interest, and easy-to-maintain surfaces, balancing striking aesthetics and everyday practicality.
