About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
The bathroom features a durable plank porcelain tile in a soft gray tone for the floor, cut in a 6x36 format with a rectified edge and subtle, slightly structured wood look, set in a running bond pattern. The shower floor and vertical accent band incorporate 1x1 blue glass mosaic tiles in a glossy, smooth finish and stacked pattern, adding vibrancy and visual texture. The shower walls use large-format white ceramic tiles (4x12 rectangles) in a classic stacked layout with a matte finish and straight edges for a clean, modern appeal. Grout choices are purposeful: matching gray grout on the floor for minimal seams, white contrasting grout in the mosaic zones to highlight color, and thin gray grout on the shower wall to coordinate with overall scheme.
Experience the fresh, coastal-inspired aesthetic of the Gilbert Landing project by Trellis Residential, based in Mount Pleasant, SC. Every detail from material to layout is crafted for both style and lasting function in everyday living.
