About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
The main bathroom floor, wall, and shower walls in this project utilize large format (24x48) porcelain tiles featuring a striking marble look, achieved through bookmatched installation for a seamless, high-end effect. Surfaces display a polished finish, creating a highly reflective, luxurious appearance. The floor and all wall zones continue this polished marble look, blending white backgrounds with expressive gray veining. The shower floor, meanwhile, comprises mosaic (2x2) natural stone tiles in a matte, slightly textured stone look, improving slip resistance while complementing the overall palette. All edges are rectified or straight for pristine grout lines, with thin, matching white grout for porcelain zones and medium beige grout emphasizing the stone mosaic in the shower.
This modern, luxurious bathroom—showcased as part of the 1308 Cheyenne project by 3rd Street Custom Homes in Dallas, TX—combines dramatic marble aesthetics with lasting porcelain performance. The spaciousness and glamour are amplified by bookmatched veining and expansive tile panels, raising the bar for contemporary residential bathrooms in the Dallas area.
