About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
This striking space features large format porcelain tiles in a refined beige shade with rectified edges, used seamlessly across the floor, shower floor, and full-height exterior wall. The shower wall showcases a marble-inspired geometric accent crafted with both porcelain and marble for graphic impact, finished in a smooth, high-polish surface for the wall and a matte, slightly structured relief for the floors. The repetitive stacked rectangle shape visually extends the sleek feel, with meticulously matched, thin beige grout lines for a seamless luxury effect. Large format tiles—24x48 on the wall and 24x24 on the floor—create uninterrupted expanses ideal for a modern, spa-like shower atmosphere.
Offering a refined sense of style, this modern luxury shower environment belongs to the 1st Edition project by Angela Wells Interior Design, situated in Palm Desert, CA. The fusion of marble look porcelain, geometric feature accents, and continuity from indoor shower to the outdoor area delivers a sophisticated statement perfect for contemporary desert living. Light, neutral tones and the smooth texture harmonize beautifully with the natural landscape beyond, while expertly considered material choices ensure both elegance and durability for everyday indulgence.
