About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
The main bathroom floor features large format 12x24 inch rectified porcelain tiles in a sophisticated blend of gray and beige, finished with a slightly structured, matte stone look surface. The shower floor uses square mosaic porcelain tiles (approximately 2x2 inches), offering slip-resistant texture and a harmonious beige-gray mix. Shower walls are set with matching porcelain tiles in a stacked rectangular layout, presenting a smooth matte finish and seamless appearance. The backsplash and lower wall tiles transition subtly in a medium 4x12 inch size, unifying the palette with complementary tones. Grout is predominantly medium-width and gray, enhancing the modern, clean lines, with a thinner, slightly contrasting beige grout in the shower floor for definition.
The Magnolia Hybrid project by Citizen Design, Seattle, WA, showcases a crisp modern bathroom aesthetic, rooted in minimalist sensibilities and practical durability. Carefully chosen porcelain tile surfaces lend sophistication to both floor and walls, while mosaic details provide texture and comfort underfoot in the shower. This space exemplifies fresh, purposeful design—ideal for contemporary lifestyles seeking easy maintenance and timeless appeal in every detail.
