Modern Beige Porcelain Bath Floor Tile

Material & Feature Breakdown

The Windemere Residence bathroom features matte porcelain tiles throughout. The main floor boasts 12x24 medium square tiles in a soft beige, while the main wall and vanity splash also use matching 12x24 beige porcelain, installed in a stacked pattern with rectified edges and smooth, solid look texture. The feature shower wall contrasts with charcoal 12x24 rectified porcelain tiles, also in a stacked pattern, giving a bold, modern accent. The shower floor utilizes small, 2x2 square porcelain tiles in white, chosen for slip resistance, set in a stacked grid layout. Grout lines across all zones are thin for a seamless edge, with matching beige used for main areas, charcoal grout for the accent shower wall, and contrasting gray grout for the shower floor.

This space, designed by Citizen Design for the Windemere Residence in Seattle, WA, presents a sophisticated modern aesthetic. The refined palette of beige and charcoal porcelain tiles brings warmth and serenity, while rectified edges and large-format sizes enhance the clean, open feel. Matte finishes throughout maintain a minimalist yet inviting vibe, balancing functionality and contemporary style for a true spa-like retreat.
