Coastal Blue Hexagon Bathroom Floor Tile

Material & Feature Breakdown

This bathroom highlights a striking blend of tile materials and shapes: The floor features medium-sized glossy porcelain hexagon tiles in a vivid blue, outlined with thin, contrasting white grout for definition. In the shower, sleek glossy ceramic subway tiles in a soft gray are installed in a stacked pattern, also bordered in white grout for a crisp, modern finish. Both tile surfaces have a smooth, solid look, ensuring a clean, contemporary vibe throughout the space.

Blending fun geometry with sophisticated coastal hues, this Coastal Arts & Crafts project by Alison Interiors in Encinitas, CA, creates an inviting yet fresh bathroom experience. The combination of lively blue floor tiles and calming light gray shower walls crafts a space that’s both visually dynamic and soothing—ideal for a modern family bath. Porcelain and ceramic make these surfaces durable and low-maintenance, ensuring lasting style and easy upkeep for day-to-day living.
