About This Project
Material & Feature Breakdown
This refined bathroom features predominantly polished marble throughout. The main floor makes use of large format 18x18 square marble tiles in shades of white and soft gray, laid in a classic diagonal pattern with matching white thin grout to create a seamless, sophisticated look. The spacious walk-in shower enclosure is appointed with rectangular 12x24 polished white marble on the walls, stacked in a clean horizontal pattern, and complemented by a classic 2x2 marble mosaic on the shower floor for slip resistance. An elegant marble slab countertop with straight edges completes the vanity area, offering both luxury and durability throughout key surfaces. The polished finish enhances the luminous, spa-like setting and accentuates the stone's natural veining.
This visual approach for Project Hermosa Lighthouse, skillfully curated by Alison Interiors in Encinitas, CA, delivers a transitional modern aesthetic, fusing timeless luxury with airy California style. The result is a serene retreat that celebrates the beauty of marble, expressed through thoughtful layouts, precise detailing, and subtle tonal transitions, making every detail in this bathroom refined and inviting.
